Bugatti Chiron breezes into London

Bugatti London has officially welcomed the first Chiron customer car in the UK.

The supercar is on display at the Bugatti showroom of H.R. Owen on Bruton Street, near Berkeley Square, London, until the middle of next week.

The Chiron’s flying visit to the capital coincides with the first anniversary of the new Bugatti showroom in Mayfair.

Named after race ace Louis Chiron (1899-1979), the most successful Bugatti works driver, the car packs 1,479bhp and is all about numbers. Two in particular stand out:

1. The basic price is around £2.4 million.
2. It has a top speed of 261mph (420km/h) “ limit ed for road travel” (so expect a speed record attempt
