Industrial fall out/rail dust

Cause

• Contamination of the surface by very small pieces of metal

• These include rail dust, industrial fall out or grinding sparks

Prevention

• Clean off surface immediately

• Frequent wax polishing to provide barrier for paint film

Remedy

• Minor defects can be removed by polishing

• Deeper damage must be removed and refinished
